Bodybuilding

Bodybuilding is called a form of sport placing the building-up of the mass of muscles into the foreground. In order to get the perfect body, muscles will be trained for a certain aim. So the part of fat in the body will be reduced to a minimum. Bodybuilding is mostly made by man. The most famous bodybuilder up to now seems to be Arnold Schwarzenegger but also Lou Ferrigno as well as Ralf Moeller became famous by bodybuilding. Is bodybuilding made as high-performance sport, competitions are naturally the aim, where the body is only dressed with a posing slip or a bikini.

According to symmetry, muscularity as well as the whole presentation the body is voted by a jury.

After the presentations of his body the sportsman decides individually what kind of single exercises will be performed. Normally the training is made with dumb-bells, but also special training-machines have succeeded in the past. To build up muscles for a certain aim, several repetitions of the same exercise are important. Nevertheless there are different training methods in the bodybuilding. In the strong stamina the exercises are repeated for example 20-25 times. In contrary to the maximum power training the sportsman works with higher weights, the exercises are only made one to six times. In every case it’s important that the muscle is charged equally. Next to the training the nourishment is also important at bodybuilding.

A continuing nutrient supply is important which involves repeated meals a day.

Concerning this the supply of protein is important because it’s primary needed for the muscular building. Pro active body mass sportsmen should take 1,5 to 2 gramme of protein. The portions of carbonhydrates and fats is fixed individually, because they can vary from sportman to sportman. To reach the individual composition of foodstuff, many bodybuilders fall back on supplementary foodstuff being at disposal as powder, pills or capsules. They shall secure the necessary nutrients around the clock. Bodybuilding is a form of sport that consists in only a small risk of injury. However it is possible by the training of single muscle groups that bodybuilding can provoke bearing injury in the long run. Now and then it also comes to high blood pressure because the pure building up of the muscles can be overtax the heart-circulation-system. Over that the sport of bodybuilding has got much into discredit by the use of doping in the last years.
